The company has not have taken any payments to renew such policies since 20 August 2003 and accordingly all policies have now expired.
If you have evidence that a direct debit payment was made out of your account in respect of this policy since 20 August 2003 you should trace who the payment was made to (via your bank) and contact the recipient of the payment regarding your policy.
