Trade Creditors

If you supplied goods or services to the company before 20 August 2003 and have not been paid in full then you may be a creditor of the company.

If you have not yet made a claim you should do so as soon as possible. Your claim must be in writing and include copies of supporting documentation. Below is a link where you can download a form on which to make your claim. Claims should be sent to Mr A Graham, KPMG LLP, Restructuring, 2 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DL.

If your claim is admitted in the liquidation then, based on present information, I anticipate you will receive a dividend. Although it is too early to estimate precisely, it is already clear that the dividend will be a very small proportion of the value of your claim. In addition, due to the complexities of the case, it is likely to be some considerable time before any payment is made.
